Terms of Service

These terms govern all transportation and courier services provided by GRAB Holdings, LLC.

Scope of service

GRAB Rides provides non-emergency medical transportation and medical courier logistics. We do not provide emergency medical response, clinical care, or ambulance transport. In an emergency, call 911.

Booking and confirmation

Fare estimates generated on this site are estimates only. Final fares are confirmed by dispatch based on verified loaded mileage, wait time, level of service and access needs.

Payment

Individual trips are payable at booking or on completion. Facility and broker accounts are invoiced under agreed terms. Unpaid balances may suspend future scheduling.

Cancellations

Cancellation, no-show and wait-time charges are described in our Patient Rights & Cancellation Policy and apply to all bookings.
