Privacy Policy (HIPAA Compliant)

GRAB Holdings, LLC protects protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to safely schedule and complete a trip or courier run: passenger name and contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, mobility and assistance needs, appointment details, and payment or payer information.

How we use and disclose PHI

  • To arrange, dispatch and complete transportation or courier services.
  • To coordinate with the facility, health plan or broker that authorized the trip.
  • To bill for services and respond to audits or lawful requests.

We do not sell PHI or use it for marketing.

Safeguards

Drivers and couriers complete HIPAA training annually. Trip records are stored on access-controlled systems, and specimens or documents are transported under chain-of-custody procedures.

Your rights
