One stable contract for every platform. Authenticate with the x-partner-key header issued by GRAB dispatch; inbound webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256.

POST/api/public/partner/trips

Create a trip

Submit a new trip request with service level, addresses, appointment time and optional quote data. Returns the GRAB trip ID.

GET/api/public/partner/trips/{id}

Read trip status

Poll the current dispatch status, assigned mileage and duration for any trip your organization created.

PATCH/api/public/partner/trips/{id}/status

Update trip status

Push a status change (accepted, en_route, arrived, transporting, completed, cancelled, no_show) and it is logged to the trip timeline.
